Joshua Ray Goombi

Joshua Ray Goombi was born February 1, 1988 in Lawton, Ok to Angela Paddlety and Douglas Goombi. He was raised since infancy by his Grandma DorlaTartsah and his Grandpa "Pham" Goombi. They loved him dearly and was cherished as their own. He was her baby. Joshua passed away at the tender young age of 25 on November 11, 2013 at his home. He grew up in Hog Creek, OK and attended the Anadarko Public Schools and was a member of the 2006 graduating class. Josh enlisted with the United States Marine Corp and was very proud to be a Marine. Joshua was an avid golfer and loved competing and dominating against his Grandpa Pham and his brother/uncle Phillip. His favorite past time would be watching the Steelers, spending time with his family and friends and most of all he loved to cook. Josh will always be remembered by his infectious smile and his funny sense of humor. He is survived by: His Grandpa's; Philemon Goombi and his wife, Angie, of Belleville, KS, Timothy Goombi of Okla. His Grandma's; Dorla Tartsah of the home, Lillie Pinnell, Phyllis Henderson and her husband, Randy, of Anadarko, OK, Vila Paddyacker of Elgin, OK 3 sisters; Cynthia Hunter and husband Rush, of Anadarko, OK, Trinity Goombi of Anadarko, OK and Christa Tointigh of Edmond, OK. 3 sister/cousins: Mauri Goombi of Norman, OK, Calin Goombi of Anadarko, OK, Callie Goombi of Anadarko, OK, 3 brothers; Smitty Goombi, Lawton, OK, Jeddie Goombi, Okla.
