Sabrina Renae Birch

Sabrina Renae Birch, 17 year old daughter of Leldon and Deborah (Goucher) Birch, was called home by the Lord on Saturday, November 24th, 2012 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Sabrina was born October 5, 1995 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. She was currently attending Gracemont High School where she was a Junior. Sabrina was full of life and brought much joy to her family and friends. Her life was cut short before she could actually go out into the world and show just exactly what she could do. Sabrina loved to barrel race with her horse, "Sam", her true friend and even had many talks with him. She would pray before each and every race. She had many accomplishments, including participating in the Oklahoma High School Rodeo Association for 2 years. She enjoyed softball, hunting, going to the lake, basketball and watching her boyfriend, Colby play football. Colby was her best friend and soul mate. She loved spending time with him, her friends and especially family. Sabrina was an active, fun loving, passionate, determined, whole hearted, devoted, God loving and caring young lady who stretched her time as far as possible to make room for everyone. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, girlfriend, friend and a cow girl. Her smile would light up a room and she could make anyone smile even when they were at they're worst. She has left behind so many wonderful memories that will be cherished forever. She earned her set of wings far far too soon. Spoken by Sabrina herself, " I am a wildflower. growing in the sunshine, soakin up the way of life. I was raised in runnin barefoot, bloomin in a summer shower, ponytail dancin. I can' help it. I'm a wildflower." Sabrina is survived by her parents, Leldon and Deborah Birch; 4 brothers: Jody Birch and wife, Jenna of Gracemont, Danny Birch and wife, Christy of Gracemont, Robert Birch of Anadarko, Dewayne Birch of Gracemont; 1 sister, Donita Settle and husband, Jesse of Gracemont; boyfriend and best friend, Colby Ruthardt of Minco; nieces and nephews: Adlie Settle, Abbi Birch, Archie Birch, Elisha Birch, Cassi Birch-Hendricks, Jeffrey Birch, Kimmi Birch and Matthew Birch all of Gracemont, April Estroda of Texas, Jacob Birch of Colorado and Chassity Birch-Weaver of Fort Cobb; Special great uncle, George Goucher of Anadarko; maternal grandparents: Gordon and Doris Goucher of Apache and Carl and Sue O'Neal of Gracemont along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many many friends. Sabrina is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Archie and Mildred Birch Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at the Gracemont High School Gymnasium in Gracemont, Oklahoma with Dr. C. Wayne Childres, officiating. Burial to follow in the Gracemont Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, Anadarko, Oklahoma.
